Salon Policies

We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who fail to arrive without prior notification will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

If you arrive 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to accommodate the remaining appointment time. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in cancellation of your appointment and the applicable late cancellation fee.

To maintain a safe, relaxing, and comfortable environment for everyone, Alpine Beauty Studio maintains a no-children policy, unless the child is receiving a scheduled service. Due to hot tools, chemicals, and limited salon space, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment.

While guests are welcome to accompany you, we ask that you limit additional visitors out of consideration for our space, stylists, and fellow clients.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. A non-refundable deposit may be required for hair extensions and extended appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost. Pricing varies based on hair length, thickness, and the level of customization required. All services and deposits are non-refundable. Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated.

A consultation is required before scheduling a hair extension installation at Alpine Beauty Studio. During your consultation, we'll discuss your hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance expectations, and investment to create a personalized plan. Your consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of your extensions and installation.

Extension hair is purchased separately from installation services. To ensure quality and a seamless result, extension hair must be purchased through Alpine Beauty Studio. Regular maintenance appointments are essential to protecting the health of your natural hair and maintaining the longevity of your extensions.

For the safety and hygiene of our clients, Alpine Beauty Studio accepts exchanges on unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We're always happy to help you find the perfect products for your hair and at-home care routine!
